What is a roller banner?
A portable display that retracts into a base for transport. Also called pull‑ups or pop‑ups, they set up in seconds and come with a padded carry case.
Which types do you offer?
Economy, Standard and Premium (heavy‑duty) roller banners, plus Wide (1000–2000mm), Double‑Sided and Desktop (A4/A3). We also supply replacement graphics to fit most stands.
What sizes are available?
Most popular: 800×2000mm and 850×2000mm. Wide formats include 1000, 1500 and 2000mm widths. Desktop sizes are A4 and A3.
How quickly can I get my roller banner?
Standard turnaround is 2–3 working days. Next working day is available if needed—please call to confirm cut‑off times and artwork approval.
What’s included with my order?
Printed graphic, retractable base, support pole and a padded carry case. Everything you need to display professionally.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Small tweaks are free. Full design is available on request – we’ll proof for approval before print.
How should I set up my artwork?
- PDF preferred at 300dpi
- Colour: CMYK
- Bleed: 3mm • Safe area: 4mm
- Keep key text/logo in the top third for visibility
Do you keep my artwork for reorders?
Yes. We keep artwork on file so you can reorder quickly—no minimum quantities.
Can I replace just the graphic later?
Usually yes. Send a photo and measurements of your existing stand and we’ll confirm compatibility before producing a replacement print.
How do I send large files?
You can use our Upload Artwork page. For very large files, use a transfer service (e.g., TransferNow) and email the link to hello@nowprint.co.uk.
Where are roller banners most effective?
Entrances, reception areas, trade stands, foyers and anywhere with strong footfall. Keep messages short and readable from a distance.
