📦 Delivery & Turnaround

What is your usual turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 2-3 working days for most products. Same-day service is available for small document batches, and next-day printing is available for popular items like business cards, flyers, posters, booklets, and roller banners.

How is my order delivered?
We use DPD for most orders, and you'll receive a 1-hour delivery window on the day of dispatch. This gives you flexibility and peace of mind about when your order will arrive.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely! Collections are from Whitfield Business Hub, 182-200 Pensby Road, Heswall, Wirral CH60 7RJ. We have free parking directly outside our unit, and we'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes - DPD provides real-time tracking and gives you a precise 1-hour delivery window. You can even reschedule delivery if the time doesn't suit you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the packaging, shipping label, and any damaged prints. We'll arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes - international delivery is available worldwide. Get in touch with your destination and we'll provide shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
Can I request a specific delivery date/time?
Yes - you can request a specific delivery date. Morning delivery or weekend delivery may incur additional courier charges, but we'll always quote these upfront.
What's the latest I can place an order for next-day delivery?
Usually by 2pm, depending on the product. If you're working to a tight deadline, give us a call and we'll do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Some printing is done in-house, but most is outsourced to trusted specialist partners. This keeps costs down for customers while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Do you offer white label printing?

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
No minimum or maximum! We're completely flexible and can print any quantity, whether you need 1 item or 100,000. Every project, big or small, gets the same attention to quality.

What's the largest size you can print?

What paper weights do you offer?
We offer papers from 90gsm to 450gsm depending on the product. Heavier weights give a more premium feel, while lighter weights are cost-effective for high-volume printing.
Do you offer textured or recycled papers?
Yes - both textured and recycled papers are available on request. These add a distinctive feel and demonstrate environmental responsibility.
Which finishes do you recommend?
Silk finish is ideal for text-heavy jobs as it reduces glare. Gloss finish makes colors pop and is perfect for image-heavy designs. Uncoated paper is best when you need to write on the printed material.
Can I see paper samples before ordering?
Absolutely! We're happy to send paper samples so you can feel the quality and see how your design will look. This helps ensure you're completely happy before printing.
Do you offer waterproof or special-use paper?
Yes - we offer waterproof, tear-proof, uncoated, perforated papers, plus special finishes like rounded corners, foiling, and UV coating for premium effects.

Do you require upfront payment?
Yes - we send an invoice before printing begins. This ensures your job goes straight into production once payment is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and BACS transfers. Choose whatever's most convenient for you.
Do you offer payment plans?
We don't offer payment plans directly, but PayPal offers a "Pay in 3" option that splits your payment into three interest-free installments.
Do you provide formal quotes?
Yes - formal quotes are especially useful for business and institutional orders that need approval or purchase order processing.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes - all prices quoted include VAT at the current rate. What you see is what you pay, with no surprises.
Any hidden fees for urgent jobs?
No hidden fees ever! Urgent jobs are quoted based on timescale and production costs, and we'll always be upfront about any additional charges before you commit.

🎨 Artwork & Design

Do you check artwork before printing?
Yes, we check all artwork for free and let you know if there are any problems like missing bleed, low resolution, or text too close to edges. This prevents costly reprints.
What design software do you use?
Our design team uses Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva to create professional artwork that's perfectly optimized for printing.
Do you provide design advice or consultations?
Absolutely! We can design the entire project for you or provide feedback and improvements on your existing files. Our advice is always free and aimed at getting you the best results.
Can you match my brand colours?
We print in CMYK color mode. If your brand colors are specified in CMYK, we can match them very closely. RGB colors may shift slightly when converted to print.
What resolution should images be?
300 DPI minimum is recommended for crisp, professional print quality. Lower resolution images may appear pixelated when printed.
Can you design from a physical sample?
Yes - we can replicate, update, or completely redesign from a previous printed piece. Just post or bring in your sample and we'll work from there.
Do you provide proofs?
Yes - we always provide digital proofs for designs we create. For customer-supplied artwork, proofs are sent if requested or if we spot potential issues.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, JPEG, PNG, AI, PSD, INDD, and even Word/PowerPoint files. If you're unsure about your file format, just send it over and we'll help make it work.
What if my file is too large to email?
No problem! You can use WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or bring files on a USB drive. We'll help you find the easiest method.
Can you work from hand-drawn sketches?
Absolutely! Just send a clear photo or scan of your sketch and we'll create professional print-ready artwork that brings your vision to life.

🔁 Reorders & File Storage

How long do you keep my artwork?
Indefinitely! We back up all customer files weekly on a secure server, so reordering is always quick and easy.
Can I make changes to previous orders?
Yes - send us the revised artwork or tell us what changes you need, and we'll update the design before printing again.
Is my artwork safe and private?
Absolutely - we never share your artwork or reuse it without your explicit permission. Your designs remain completely confidential.
How do I approve a proof?
Simply email us back with "Approved" once you're happy for us to proceed to print. We won't print anything without your final approval.
Are multiple revisions charged?
We allow 3-4 free rounds of edits for most projects. Additional changes may incur a small charge depending on the time involved, but we'll always ask first.

Do you offer bulk mailing services?
We can print your mailers and work with trusted mailing houses to handle addressing, sorting, and distribution. Perfect for large-scale direct mail campaigns.
How do I place an order?
Contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp. We'll walk you through the entire process and confirm all details before going to print - no online forms or automated systems.
Do you have an online order form?
No - we prefer to handle everything personally so we can advise you properly, catch potential issues early, and make sure everything is perfect before printing.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once payment is received and artwork is approved, your job is sent to print and cannot be changed or cancelled. We always confirm everything with you before this point.

What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. We respond to emails and WhatsApp messages outside these hours when possible.
Do you offer loyalty or referral discounts?
Yes! Refer a friend and receive a discount on your next order. We also offer special rates for regular customers and bulk orders.
Is parking available?
Yes - there is free parking directly outside our unit at the Whitfield Business Hub in Heswall. No need to worry about parking fees or time limits.

Yes - we have full disabled access with no steps or barriers. Everyone is welcome to visit us.
