4. Orders
All orders must be placed via email or through our online forms. After submitting your order, you will receive a quote. Orders are processed only after full payment is received unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By submitting an order, you confirm that the artwork and content are correct.
5. Artwork & Design
Customers must provide artwork in the formats specified by us. We offer design services; however, any design work requested will incur additional charges. We recommend that all artwork be reviewed for accuracy, as we are not responsible for any mistakes in print-ready files.
6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon order confirmation. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified at the time of order.
7. Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the order size and complexity. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the ordering process. Now Print offers free delivery within the UK, but delivery charges may apply for special requests.

Due to the nature of printed goods, Now Print does not accept returns or offer refunds unless the goods are defective or an error was made by us. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
